How can I make myself more appealing to an employer when I am a physician associate, and the current market only wants nurse practitioners?States are changing the laws for Physician Associates as well because nurse practitioners and Physician Associates essentially do the exact same job. Yet currently every mental health practitioner position I see open is almost exclusively for a nurse practitioner how am I marketable as a physician associate when the jobs are only listed for nurse practitioners?
