I love your explanation of the STAR method and how it can be simplified to the PAR formula. It feels much more manageable and less prone to rambling. Your story toolbox approach is also incredibly helpful for coming up with stories that can be used for multiple behavioral interview questions. I'm definitely going to download the worksheets and start prepping!

Being a leader, a good employee and faithful steward, working through challenges when things go wrong, taking responsibility and being a team player with others you disagree with is better than 10,000 successful interviews. Getting a job you want or wanting the job you have? Please learn how to make the job you have a critical part of the best company and service to your community than all others. If you work for an immoral company or cause, quit and look for another way to utilize your strengths for good. The purpose and impact for good is more important than the reputation of the company you work for. Strive to make the world a better place to live in for all. I understand that this is what employers want, but i dont really understand why. It doesnt make sense to me that they want someone that talks in a specific way over someone thats actually competent.

I’m truly baffled by so many people saying this doesn’t work – many companies require this interview format. It should be incredibly easy to answer, and everyone knows how to take reminder notes. In 54 years and 3 careers I’d not seen this. It would have made answering the question go so much more smoothly.
Your content should be more in depth and should be less of self promotions every now and then. Not sure how this is even rated high 👀 better listen to other better videos.
